Quality Inn provided an excellent experience during my stay. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was responsive to my requests. The room was tidy and well-maintained, which contributed to a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel’s location was convenient for my business meetings and nearby attractions. Having a good breakfast option available would have been a plus, but overall, this stay met my expectations.

Duuude, the staff here were, like, super friendly and totally chill! The room was clean and comfy, which made for a solid stay. But the breakfast was, like, kind of a letdown—definitely not a full spread. Also, noticed some dirty linens left in the hall, yikes! Just a little more attention to detail would be awesome!

The stay was quite practical as I visited the Aiken County Historical Museum, which is a short drive away. The room was excellent in terms of cleanliness and comfort, contributing to a restful night. Additionally, it was great to have a convenient location near Citizens Park, perfect for a leisurely stroll. However, breakfast was disappointing, as options were limited and not very appealing.

tv issues

roach problem

the tv didn't have enough channels, and we had to deal with a roach on the wall, how charming! I almost gave a good review because the 2:00 am staff was nice, but then we discoverd our agreement was totally ignored. Also, it woudl ve been great to have immediate room service! just awful!

The alarm clock next door was a nuisance!!! The overbooking situation made for a rough check-in!!! Room odors need serious attention!!! Laundered towels should not be rationed!!! Ice machine has been nonfunctional for ages!!!
